Current health situation: "How do you work during Covid-19?"
Like most companies, we want to protect our employees and customers. Therefore we first check whether the social distance can be maintained. In any case we wear a mask if there is a risk of contact. Regular hand washing is mandatory.
"Your idea makes sense, why didn't it exist before?"
There are several reasons:
"Can you also preventively maintain the rest of the building, not just the apartments?"
Of course, but we think it's more of the caretaker's job.
"Why don't you make the improvements suggested in the report yourselves?"
In spite of the high quality training of our employees, we prefer that the property management calls upon a third party company for the additional work, in order to avoid any conflict of interest.
"Do you perform preventative maintenance on individual apartments?"
Rather not, because for the owner, it's the whole building that should retain its value. There's no point in not doing all the flats. On the other hand, if it is a condominium, then of course individual services can be carried out. But of course we remain open to the customer's request.
"How do you calculate prices and how long does a mission last?"
We work with fixed prices: Travel, mission and spare parts are included. This avoids time-consuming calculations for ultimately little profit, because the material used remains on average quite reasonable.
We count one working day with one technician for an apartment from 1 to 2½ rooms and two technicians for an apartment from 3 to 5½ rooms.
